Chocolate Ginger Orange Warming Wrap at Spa Solage (pictured above). Yes, chocolate! This luxurious winter treatment begins with dry brushing and an aromatic cocoa mud wrap. It’s followed by a restorative massage using warming ginger oil and vanilla orange goat milk cream, incorporating a blissful combination of Swedish massage strokes and hot stones. 120 minutes/$340. Winter Warming Facial at Auberge du Soleil. Protect your skin against the elements with this ultra-nourishing and repairing face and hand treatment. It begins with a deep cleanse and mild lactic exfoliation which plumps the skin, followed by a nurturing facial massage with luxurious anti-aging face oils to oxygenate and replenish. 90 minutes/$300 or 75 min/$250. Mitts & Booties Winter Mint Warm Up at the Poetry Inn. Warm up with the aromatics of frankincense and spearmint during your full body massage. “Get Your Glow On!” Facial at Spa Terra at The Meritage Resort and Spa. Chances are, your face has become dry and irritated due to the wind and cold weather. Organic Aromatherapy Massage at Spa Villagio, Villagio Inn & Spa. A personalized massage using one of six aromatherapy body oils, it includes a eucalyptus foot bath to warm and soothe and lavender-infused towels to enhance comfort and relaxation.100 minutes/$250.

Honey Bee Healthy at The Carneros Inn. After a gentle dry-brushing, you’ll receive a massage with antioxidant-rich honey and quince lotion to create a luxurious treat for the skin. Then there’s a purifying beeswax mask on the back, a delicious foot massage with honey and goat milk balm, and, for the décolletage and face, an apricot and wild rose facial massage. 90 minutes/$275.

The Silverado Resort and Spa has several warming massages to choose from. The Rose or Ginger Warm Candle Massage offers warm oil poured and massaged over the entire body with aromatherapy, which relaxes both body and mind.
